IN RE. DECEASED
MOSES MOORE HOPKINS
This is the last will and testament of MOSES Moore Hopkins of Hearts Content Newfoundland, Telegrapher.
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situate unto my wife Caroline Mary Hopkins her heirs and assigns absolutely forever, hereby appointing her the sole executrix of this my will - I hereby revoke all other wills and testaments dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 21st day of November 1914
MOSES MOORE HOPKINS
Signed sealed and declared by said MOSES
MOORE HOPKINS as and for his last will
and testament in the presence of us present
at the same time, who at his request, in his
presence and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
to the due execution hereof.
