      PATRICK W. HOLLAHAN       deceased.

      In the name of God Amen.    I the undersigned Patrick Hollahan do make this my last will and testament:
      1^st I will and bequeath to my well beloved brother James T. Hollahan all that piece or parcel of land marked on plan as No. 6 together with half that piece or parcel of land marked on plan No. 6 also store No. 3 with main wharf (my brother John however to have undisputed use of said wharf)
      2^nd I will and bequeath to my beloved brother John R. Hollahan all that piece or parcel of land marked on plan No. 4, also half that piece or parcel of land marked on plan No. 8, together with store marked No.2- he my brother John R. to have the undisputed use of wharf.
      3^rd and lastly I will and bequeath to my well beloved sister Mary B. Hollahan all my part of that piece or parcel of land marked on plan No. 1, also the house at present occupied by Wm Lee with land on which it stands running north east to the corner of Mr. J. R. Roberts’ fence-    And I do hereby appoint my brothers James T. Hollahan and John R. Hollahan to be executors of this my last will and testament.    In witness whereof I hereby sign my hand and seal, this twenty sixth day of December in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and eight in the presence of:    Patrick W. Hollahan.    Witnesses M. O’Rourke. Maggie Lee.
