Will of Lucy Hogan In re This is the last will and testament of me Patrick Hogan of Saint John’s Shopkeeper. 1. I give devise and bequeath all my property estate and effects to my wife Catherine Hogan and my daughter May Hogan in equal shares. 2. I appoint my said wife Catherine Hogan executrix of this my will. Witness my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this 24th day of April Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and sixteen. Patrick his X mark Hogan Signed by making his mark published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, first read over and explained to said testator and approved of by him- W.
