Will of Arthur Hiscock In re THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Arthur Hiscock, of St. John’s
in the Island of Newfoundland, Manufacturer’s Agent. I revoke all
former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my wife Josephine and Cornelius
P. Eagan, of St. John’s, Grocer, to be the Executors
of this my will. I give and bequeath my leasehold property on Long’s
Hill where I at present reside, together with the furniture therein (save
as hereinafter provided as regards two rooms and as to the piano) to
my said wife for her own use absolutely. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s this Thirtieth day of January in the year of Our Lord One thousand Nine Hundred and twenty-two. A. HISCOCK. SIGNED, PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us, who at his request and in his presence (both being present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution thereof:- W.
