Will of William Hinds from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 201 probate year 1888 Last Will and Testament of William This is the last will and testament of me William Hinds When it shall please God to take me out of this world I bequeath all my property except my dwelling house with its contents at the time of my death to my four sons to be divided equally amongst them. I bequeath the said house with its contents to my three sons Alexander Thomas and John to be divided equally amongst them. The wharf and store under the house to be divided equally amongst my four sons. Signed and declared this twenty third day of October in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and eighty one by me William his x mark Hinds - In our presence Joseph J. Curling Thomas Dawson.
