The Petition of Winifred Hennebury,
of St. John 's in the Province HUMBLY SHEWETH AS FOLLOWS:
William Hennebury late of St. John's , Council Foreman died at St. John's on or about the 25th day of August A. D. 1952 having previously made his last Will and Testament but by it appointed no Executor thereof. 1. The paper writing hereto annexed marked "A" is the said last Will and Testament of the said deceased proved upon the affidavit of Mary Adams of St. John's aforesaid Married Woman, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto. 2. The paper writing hereto annexed marked "B" is the correct full and true Inventory and valuation of the property and effects of the said deceased at the time of his death so far as Your Petitioner can ascertain. 3. The said deceased left him surviving his lawful widow, Your Petitioner and as next of kin: Annie Hennebury of St. John's aforesaid Widow, mother of the said deceased; and Ewin Hennebury of St. John's aforesaid Labourer; Francis Hennebury of St. John's aforesaid Labourer; Thomas Hennebury of St. John's aforesaid Labourer; John Hennebury of St. John's aforesaid Labourer; Joseph Hennebury of St. John's aforesaid Labourer, brothers of the said deceased; and Anne Hennebury of St. John's aforesaid Spinster, sister of the said deceased, and no other next of kin. 4. No Letters of probate of any Will or Letters of Administration of (initials left of #5) The estate of the said deceased have been granted forth of this Honourable Court. Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that this Honourable
Court or Your Lordship may be pleased to grant to her Letters of
Administration Cum testamento annexo of the estate and effects of
the said deceased and Dated at St. John's this 23rd. day of September A. D. 1952. PARSONS & MORGAN

Note: William F (Francis) Hennebury, 1952. He was the first born child of Thomas Frederick Hennebury and Annie Gertrude (nee Hennebury). His wife was Winifred Drover. This was a three page document from the Supreme Court in Newfoundland. The last page was handwritten but for the item in bold on the top left of the page.
