In re GEORGE HELLER.      DECEASED.

Benoits Cove
May 3rd 1923.

To whom it may concern:
I, George Hebber being sound of mind, do hereby make my last Will.
I bequeath my property to Mrs. William Tucker of Benoits Cove, and my fishing Gear, Boats and equipments to William Tucker and Sons of Benoits Cove, The aforesaid including Property and Fishing Gear at Pearl Island.
Whatever money is at the Bank of Montreal to my credit Savings Account Book Number 60. To be divided equally between Mrs. William Tucker of Benoits Cove and Edward Barry of curling, after deducting the expenses of erecting three Head Stones.
I do hereby appoint Edward Barry of Curling Administrator of my effects.

Note: The wills in those will books are NOT actual wills. They are hand-written copies of a, "last will and testament," written by the court clerk, after the death of the testator, when the executor presented them to the court for probate. The court clerk didn't list the signatures at the bottom, he (or she) just put them in the book in whatever order they were in, on the original document, no spacing most of the time, no punctuation. The originals were kept by the executor.

We who have typed these wills, have made every effort to include all the errors that were on the microfilm, in order to avoid destroying the integrity of the originals, where ever they may be.
