Last Will and Testament of
Elizabeth Hedges of Carbonear N. D.
Widow deceased

      In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Hedges of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland being of sound mind and memory do hereby make this my last will and Testament. I hereby give and bequeath to my son Michel Hedge my dwelling house and land also Two hundred dollars in the Savings Bank St. John’s together with one half of the effects in my Dwelling House. I hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter in law Lavinia Hedge Four hundred dollars in the Savings Bank St. John’s and the remaining half of the effects in my dwelling house. I hereby appoint George Tuffin and Willis Penney as my Executors to this my last will and Testament. (Sgd) Elizabeth her x mark Hedges. Witness my hand at Carbonear Newfoundland this 30^th day of June 1891 Signed in presence of (Sgd) George Tuffin (Sgd) Willis L. Penney
