Will of Mary Hearn from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 137 probate year 1927 In re In the name of God Amen. Secondly I give devise and bequeath to my son Thomas Hearn my house in which I now live and land situate on the South Side road for his sole use forever provided he pays to my daughter Jane Hearn the sum of Three hundred dollars before my executor shall assign the same to him. I also desire that my said daughter Jane shall remain in possession of said house and land for the period of twelve months after my death and until such time as my said son Thomas shall have paid to her the sum of Three hundred dollars. I hereby revoke all other or former wills and testaments that may have been made by me. I hereby appoint F. J. Morris of St. John's Barrister Executor of this my last Will. Dated at St. John's this 31st day of July A.D. 1901.
Signed by the said Testatrix in our presence who in her presence at her request
and in the presence of each other have hereunto our hands set and subscribed
as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
