Will of John Hearn Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me John Hearn of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Fisherman. First I devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Hearn all my property of whatsoever description I may die possessed of for her sole use support and maintenance the said property consisting of all that farm of land with dwelling house thereon situate south side Waterford Bridge Valley bounded on the east by land of Philip St. John west by land of John Syme south by ungranted land north by the public road and measuring about three acres. Also all that piece of land situate south side of said valley and bounded on the north by the said public road on the south and west by land of Joseph Cahill and east by land of said John Syme and measuring about two acres also a small piece of land opposite my dwelling house aforesaid and measuring about three fourths of an acre. I hereby appoint F. J. Morris of St. John's attorney and solicitor sole executor of this my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed and set at St. John's aforesaid this twenty second day of September A.D. 1887. Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.
