In re Richard K. Healey       deceased

Fox Hr. Dec/6.19. Last will and testimony of Richard K. Healey canceling any other will or promises made by me.

  1. All the land and sea property of which I am owner I will and bequeath to my three sons, James, Michael and Henry Healey.
  2. To my present wife, Ellen Healey I will and bequeath the sum of $500.00 [five hundred dollars]
  3. To my two daughters Mary Davis and Ann Furlong I leave the sum of 50 c fifty cents to be equally divided.

I Richard K. Healey attest upon the Sacred Scriptures that the above will has been made while in full control of all my faculties so help me God. Richard K. Healey.

Note: The wills in those will books are NOT actual wills. They are hand-written copies of a, "last will and testament," written by the court clerk, after the death of the testator, when the executor presented them to the court for probate. The court clerk didn't list the signatures at the bottom, he (or she) just put them in the book in whatever order they were in, on the original document, no spacing most of the time, no punctuation. The originals were kept by the executor.

We who have typed these wills, have made every effort to include all the errors that were on the microfilm, in order to avoid destroying the integrity of the originals, where ever they may be.
