Last will and Testament of
James Heale of St. John’s
Store Keeper deceased

      This is the last will and Testament of James Heale, of South Side, St. John’s, Storekeeper, revoking all former wills and codicils. I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann Heale all the property that I die possessed of for her sole use and benefit. And I appoint my said wife Mary Ann Heale my sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament.
Dated at St. John’s Newfoundland the 20^th day of June 1899. (Sgd) James Heale. Signed by the Testator in the joint presence of us, who thereupon signed our names in his and each others presence. (Sgd) Geo. H. Bolt. (Sgd) Elizabeth M. Bolt.
