Will of Sarah Grace Hayward
from Newfoundland will books volume 13 page 505 probate year 1926

In re
      SARAH GRACE HAYWARD.     DECEASED.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Sarah Grace Hayward of St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow.

FIRST - I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time made.

SECOND - I hereby nominate and appoint my Daughter, Anne Hoyles Hayward the Executrix and Trustee of this my Will.

THIRD - I give devise and bequeath to my said Daughter, Anne Hoyles Hayward the sum of Six thousand dollars ($6000.00) TO HOLD the same IN TRUST to pay the annual income, dividends and profits arising therefrom to my Son, Charles Wearing Hayward, during the term of his natural life. On the death of my said Son I give devise and bequeath the said sum of Six thousand dollars ($6000.00) to my said Daughter for her absolute use and benefit for ever.

FOURTH - All the rest, residue and remainder of my property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, after paying all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, death duties and other taxes (if any) I give, devise and bequeath to my said Daughter for her absolute use and benefit for ever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s, aforesaid, this 7th day of August A.D. 1926.

SIGNED by the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in our presence, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
