Last will and Testament
of James Stephenson Hayward
late of St. John's Gentleman
Deceased.

This is the last will and Testament of me James Stephenson Hayward of St. John's Gentleman. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Sarah Ellen Hayward her executors administrators and assigns absolutely and forever, and to dispose of as she may think fit the dwelling house, gardens and grounds and appurtenances thereto belonging together with all my household furniture property and effects therein contained. Also my life instance policy, debentures, and property of every description and kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate. And I also appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I the said James Stephenson Hayward have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 19^th day of November A.D. 1886. James Stephenson Hayward.
