THOMAS HAYES.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Thomas Hayes of St John's Watchman. After the payment of all just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary all the property of every description which I may die possessed. I appoint my said wife Mary Executrix of this my will.
