Harbour in the Island of Newfoundland.
I
nominate and appoint John Hamilton and Patrick Lane both of Fortune Harbour
executors of my last will and testament in witness whereof I have signed my
name at Fortune Harbour as aforesaid on this twenty eight day of April in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty four. Signed published & declared
by Jas Hayes the testator, in his presence and in our presence and in the presence
of each other at his request at the same time signed our names as witnesses CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
