Will of Nicholas Hawe
Know all men by these presents.
My wife Johanna Hawe has to draw an amount of this money after my death for her support, while she stays in my name. If she changes her name, or death overtakes her, the money that is left has to be divided between Nicholas Cousins, Bernard Cousins and James McHugh.
I bequeath One hundred dollars (100.00) to Nicholas Cousins, same amount to Bernard Cousins and James McHugh.
I hereby appoint Michael J. Kelly Executor, and to have the selling of all I possess in and out, and to see that all things are settled according to my will. What money is left in the Bank after my death has to be carried out according to my will.
My wife Johanna Hawe has to receive One Hundred dollars (100.00) in cash after my property has been sold. I leave Forty dollars to my wife to have Requiem Masses for me, also money for a Head Stone, also Ten dollars (10.00) to her to have two Requiem Masses for my mother and father.
If death overtakes my wife Johanna Hawe while she is in my name, money has to be drawn for her burial, also an amount for a Head Stone and Forty Dollars (40.00) to have Requiem Masses for her.
As witness my hand this 25th day of
