Will of George Hatcher In re I, George Hatcher Fisherman
of Woody Point, Bonne Bay N.F. being of sound mind hereby make my last
will and testament revoking and annulling all former dispositions of
my property. I give and bequeath to my dear wife Catherine, for her life
time, and after her death, I give and bequeath to my dear wife Catherine,
for her life time, and after her death. I give and bequeath to my son
Joseph Philip my dwelling house and contents, my cattle and sheep, Barns,
stores, wharf, Boats and all my freehold land situate between Mr
L. Neville on the western side and Mrs T Halfyard on the Eastern side as well as
the freehold land situated at the rear of the above named property, bounded
on south by main road on north crown land on west by Mr Hollahan’s
land and on east by Mr Noel’s land as well as
one half of my freehold land situated at Winterhouse Brook, the said
piece to be the rear portion. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
