Will of William Andrew Harvey Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me William Andrew Harvey of St. John's Draper and I hereby revoke all other testamentary dispositions. I give devise and bequeath all my property of every nature and kind whatsoever to my dear mother Charlotte Harvey absolutely and forever and I appoint her sole executrix of this my last will. Dated at St. John's this twelfth day of February A.D. 1902. (Sgd) W. A. Harvey. Signed by the above William Andrew Harvey as his last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
