In re
Richard Harvey deceased.
I Richard Harvey of St. John’s
in the Island of Newfoundland, Gentleman do hereby make this as and for
my last will and testament.
First:- I hereby revoke and cancel
all wills and testamentary dispositions made by me at any time before
the date hereof.
Second: I give devise and bequeath unto my
dear wife Caroline Broom Harvey all my property of every nature and kind
both real and personal which I may die possessed of
Third:
- I nominate and appoint my dear wife Caroline Broom Harvey the executrix
of this my last will and testament Richard Harvey. Signed published and
declared by the said testator, Richard Harvey as and
for his last testament in our presence, present at the same time who
in his presence and at his request, and in the presence of each other,
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses this first day of April
one thousand nine hundred and ten Louise V.
