Caroline Broom Harvey deceased.
I Caroline Broom Harvey of St.
John’s in the Island of Newfoundland do hereby make this as and for
my last will and Testament:
First:- I hereby revoke and cancel
all wills and testamentary dispositions made by me at any time before the
date hereof.
Second:- I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved
husband Richard Harvey all my property of every nature and kind, both real
and personal of which I may die possessed.
Third I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved husband Richard
Harvey the executor
of this my last will and Testament. Signed published and declared by the
said testatrix Caroline Broom Harvey as and for her last will and Testament,
in our presence, present at the same time, who in her presence and at her
request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our
names as witnesses this first day of April one thousand nine hundred and
ten. (Signed) Caroline Harvey (Signed) Lily Harvey. George W.B. Ayre.
