      Richard Hartery          deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Richard Hartery of Trepassey in the District of St. Marys & Placentia Farmer.     I Richard Hartery above named do hereby declare this to be my last will and Testament. I revoke all former wills at any time heretofore made by me. I devise and bequeath to my wife Margaret Hartery all my estate both real and personal. After her death to go to Michael Ryan my nephew, who, it is my wish will share it with his brothers. Thomas, Denis John and Richard. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will This 25^th day of June 1904. Richard His x mark Hartery Signed and delivered by the said Richard Hartery as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses    Robert H.
