Will of Michael Hartery from Newfoundland will books volume 14 pages 464-465 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Michael Hartery of Cape Broyle General Dealer, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made. After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses I give, devise and bequeath as follows:-
I appoint my stepson, Douglas, Executor of this my will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF. I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of January, Anno Domini, one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine. MICHAEL HARTERY. SIGNED by the above named Michael Hartery as his last Will and Testament in the joint presence of himself and us who at his request and in such joint presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
