      WILLIAM ELI HARRIS.     DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me William Eli Harris of St. John’s West made by me on this the 9^th day of December, 1926.

I bequeath all my property house goods and chattels and everything I possess to my wife, Mary Jane Harris and appoint her executrix of this my will.

Signed Published and Declared by the testator as and for his last will by making his mark in our presence, it having been read over & explained to him in our presence, who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses.
