In re DECEASED.
MARGARET JANE HANLEY.
ST. JOHN'S MARCH 26th 1927.
In the name of God, Amen.
This is the last will and testament of Margaret Jane Hanley. I give and bequeath
the Hanley property No 3 Kings Road with house in rear of same to my husband
Philip J. Hanley. The house and land No 46 Circular Road with all it contains
and my personal effects to my dear niece Clare Mullowney Kent with the understanding
that during the lifetime of my husband Philip Hanley is to take full possession
of the front west bedroom with use of sitting room. I leave this property to
Clare with the full consent of my husband Philip Hanley and do hereby appoint
Philip Hanley & Clare Mullowney Kent sole executors.
Signed Margaret Jane Hanley.
Hanley is to keep possession and run the house until Clare is ready to move
in.
