MOSES HAMLYN.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Moses Hamlyn, of Topsail Road in the island of Newfoundland, Farmer.
First:- I hereby revoke all former wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
Second:- I appoint my wife Theresa Hamlyn sole executrix of this my will.
Third:- I leave all my property of whatsoever kind and nature of which I die possessed to my said wife Theresa Hamlyn until she remarries or dies, if and when she remarries or dies I give devise and bequeath all the said property to my four children share and share alike.
Dated this the 26^th day of June A.D. 1923.
