In re DECEASED.
MOSES HAMLYN.
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Moses Hamlyn, of Topsail Road in
the island of Newfoundland, Farmer.
First:- I hereby revoke all former wills and Testamentary dispositions by me
at any time heretofore made.
Second:- I appoint my wife Theresa Hamlyn sole executrix of this my will.
Third:- I leave all my property of whatsoever kind and nature of which I die
possessed to my said wife Theresa Hamlyn until she remarries or dies, if and
when she remarries or dies I give devise and bequeath all the said property
to my four children share and share alike.
Dated this the 26th day of June A.D. 1923.
MOSES HAMLYN.
SIGNED by the testator in the presence of us both being
present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
