In re
Ann Hamlyn deceased.
This is the last will and Testament
of me Ann Hamlyn of St. John’s widow
First - I
give and bequeath to my Daughter Maude Hamlyn her executors administrators
and assigns the Dwelling House with all contained therein together with
my Two gardens and all live stock which I shall possess at the time of
my death absolutely and for ever.
Second. I leave and bequeath
to my son Moses for his use during his life all my other property land
or otherwise not mentioned above being bequeathed to my Daughter Maude and
after his death to his children share and share alike.
Lastly I appoint
my said Daughter Maude sole Executrix of this my last
will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at
St. John’s Newfoundland this seventh day of September A.D. one
thousand nine hundred and seven - Anne her x mark Hamlyn -
Signed published and declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last
will and Testament in our presence who at her request in our presence
and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses
on the day and year and place above written the same having been first
read over and explained to the said Testatrix Henry Cowan. Augustus
