Last Will and Testament of
William Halliday Of St. John's
Farmer deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament by which I bequeath to my son William the sum of sixteen hundred dollars & to my daughter Jane Elizabeth the sum of fifteen hundred dollars and to my daughter Agnes now Mrs. Lawrensen the sum of fifty dollars
And to my son James I will & bequeath the whole residue of my estate after all expenses have been paid. But to my daughter Jane Elizabeth I will & bequeath the piano and sewing machine.
13 April 1895. (Sgd) William Halliday. Witnesses. (Sgd) W. Graham. (Sgd) A. Johnston.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William Halliday deceased
