Last Will and Testament of
Jeffrey Guzzwill of St. John's
Farmer deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Jeffrey Guzzell of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland farmer hereby revoking all former wills and testaments made by me I give and bequeath to my daughter Anne Bower wife of James Bower all the property of which I may die possessed of every nature and kind whatsoever and I appoint my said daughter sole executrix hereto. Dated at St. John's aforesaid this eleventh day of November A.D. eighteen hundred and ninety seven (sgd) Jeffrey his x mark Guzzell. Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence & at his request subscribe our names as witnesses hereto (having been first read over and explained.
