Will of Josiah Guy Senior from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 498 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.
JOSIAH GUY. SR.

This is the last will and testament of me Josiah Guy of Musgrave Harbour.
I hereby revoke all other wills hitherto by me made.
I give devise and bequeath to my son Arthur Guy all that piece of ground he now occupies.
ii. To my son Jacob Guy the piece of land he now occupies together with 10 ft of land extending south from his house and extending to the "public road" and on the north one half the road leading to my house, and as far as the wood pile fence, and leading to the "Public Road". But the road leading to either "stable" must be left open.
iii. To my son Allen Guy that piece and parcel of land known as the "potato" ground extending from the land now cultivated to the land owned by Simion Guy.
iv. To my wife Lydia Guy and to my son Josiah Guy all the land not heretofore given and all my property including house stores flakes etc. after my wifes death the said land and property to become the property of my son Josiah Guy and his heirs.
Witness my hand at Musgrave Harbour this 19th day of April one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
