Will of James Guy from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 146 probate year 1927 In re This is the last Will and Testament of me James Guy - I hereby bequeath to my sons Thomas Guy and William Guy all the property I possess consisting of House and outhouses at Mockbeggar and Land on the Lance Cove Road also the land on Caster Street - And I appoint my son Thomas Guy my sole Executor.
