Will of Michael Grubert from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 20 probate year 1886 Last Will and Testament of Michael I Michael Grubert of Harbour Grace in the Island of Newfoundland in the full possession of my faculties and power of speech do make this my last will and testament and declare all others that is wills and deeds null and void. This house which I now live in together with all my goods and chattels properties
appurtenances paths passages of all descriptions I now bequeath to my wife
Johannah Grubert together with the power to sell convey transfer mortgage or
in any way she may think fit to dispose of the aforesaid property at my death
for to act in her own right and to assert them by this my last will and testament
as aforesaid. To have and to hold forever from this day forward her heirs executors
administrators and assigns. So witness my seal
and signature this day twenty fourth of March in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty five.
