In re
CHARLES GRANGER deceased.
This is the last will and testament
of me Charles Granger of Catalina in the Northern District
of the Island of Newfoundland, Carpenter I hereby revoke all
former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be
my last will and testament
First I
give devise and bequeath unto my son David of Catalina my dwelling house, workshop,
barn or stable with all my household furniture and carpenters tools and other
utensils my waterside premises and all erections thereon together with all
the land situate in Catalina aforesaid
Second I give devise and bequeath unto my son Edmund all my land and other
property situate at Trinity
Third
I give and bequeath unto my son Edmund of Trinity the sum of two hundred dollars
($200.00) and to my nephew William Crane now of Toronto the sum of Five dollars
($5.00)
Fourth, after paying all my
just debts and funeral expenses I give and bequeath unto my son David the
residue of all the moneys that I may die possessed of
Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint Mark
Guy and Samuel Mifflin both of
Catalina to be executors of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I the said Charles
Granger have hereto subscribed my name
the fifth day of May in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and fourteen Charles
Granger (LS) Signed published and declared
by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence
of us who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other
have subscribed our names as witnesses Samuel W. Mifflen of
Catalina Fred Somerton of Catalina
