In re
John P. Grace deceased.
This is the last will and testament
of me John P. Grace of St. John’s Municipal Collector
1st. I will that all my just debts funeral and testamentary
expenses be paid out of my Estate by my Executrix hereinafter named.
2nd.
I will and bequeath all that I am at present possessed of or shall at the
time of my death be possessed of to my beloved wife Lina Grace.
3rd. The dwelling house on Knight St. St. John’s owned
by and at this date occupied by me I will that after my wife’s death
the same shall pass to my daughter Mary Grace
4. I will
that out of my estate my executrix shall pay to Rev. Dr. Greene the
sum of Forty dollars for Masses for my soul.
5th. I will that after
my wife’s death
the residue of my estate not hereinbefore disposed of shall go equally
to my three sons Patrick Charles and William or each of them as shall be
living at the time of my wife’s death.
6th. I appoint my
wife to be the Executrix of this my last will and testament. - John
P. Grace - Signed Published and Declared for his last will and
testament by the said testator John P. Grace on this 4th day
of May 1912 in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each
other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses. T.
