Will of George Gillette from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 527 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.
GEORGE GILLETTE.

I, George Gillette, of Gilisporte Twillingate planter fisherman, retired considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament thereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.
First; I give devise and bequeath to my grandchildren, Arthur Gillette, Philip Gillette, and Bernard Gillette my dwelling house and my land including my two meadows together with all my household furniture also such moveable property of mine as may be in the shop store, or on the premises occupied by my son, John Gillette, consisting of safe, showcases, files, weighing machines, wheel-barrows, hand barrows, and other implements
I also bequeath to my aforesaid grandchildren all my carpentering tools, implements of agriculture and all such other property whatsoever belonging to me and wheresoever located.
Lastly; I hereby appoint and nominate Robert Rice, J.P. of Twillingate to be executor of this my last will and testament.
