Will of Charles Gill In re This is the last Will and Testament of me, Charles Gill, of St. John’s, Leather Cutter. I appoint my wife, Mary Gill, sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament. I bequeath to my said wife all and whatsoever property real and personal and all and whatsoever goods and effects of which I may die possessed. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have subscribed my hand hereto this day of December Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and eighteen. CHARLES GILL. SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence, who in the presence of the said Testator and of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
