Will of William Giles, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 232 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

WILLIAM GILES

I William Giles of St John's Nfld being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say
1st. I give my soul into the hands of my God, and my body to be buried.
2nd. Touching my earthly property I give devise and bequeath to my son Robert Badcock Giles all my interest in the Schooner Hilda together with all her tackle and appurtenances to use as he please.
3rd. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Martha Giles and my daughter Harriet Giles all my right title and interest in and to the dwelling house with its contents situate on Mullock Street No 35 for the term of their natural lives or until the said Harriet Giles shall have been married or provided for.
4th. After the death of my wife Martha Giles and the marriage or death of my daughter Harriet Giles The said house and its contents situate on Mullock Street No 35 shall become the property of my grand son Harry Giles son of Robert Badcock Giles.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nineeight hundred and ninety three.
