Will of Mark George from Newfoundland will books volume 6 pages 577-578 probate year 1900 Last will and Testament of This is the last will of me
Mark George of Hearts Content Trinity Bay Newfoundland. I devise and
bequeath all my estate and effects real and personal which I may die
possessed of or entitled to unto my Father Robert George absolutely and
I appoint my said Father Robert George Executor of this
my will, and I revoke all former will and codicils. Codicil A codicil to my will, the said will bearing date October 10th 1898. I hereby direct my said executor to pay Hugh Henry MacKenzie of Hearts Content, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland or his Executors or administrators the sum of Three hundred dollars, together with any expense that he may have been put to on my account in connection with my assurance policies with the Provident Clerks Mutual Life Assurance Association London bearing numbers 47148 and 50493. (Sgd) Mark George. Signed by the testator in the joint presence of us, who thereupon signed our names in his and each others presence. (Sgd) John F. Richards. (Sgd) Charles H. Tranfield. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Mark George deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
