Will of Richard Gaul, from Newfoundland will books volume15 page 88 probate year 1930 IN RE. DECEASED RICHARD GAUL. This is the last will and Testament of me Richard Gaul of St John's Retired Yardmaster. I hereby appoint my wife Ellen to be executrix of this my will and I give devise and bequeath all my property to her for her life and after her death to be divided equally amongst our children. If my wife should desire to sell the property or any of it during her life she shall have power to do so but the proceeds must be divided equally between herself and our children.
