Will of Mary Gardner, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 218 probate year 1930

IN RE.          DECEASED

MARY GARDNER

I hereby will and bequeath my interest at the time of my death in the house and household effects situated at 96 Hamilton Street to my daughters Grace Gardner and Ethel Louise Gardner, to have and to hold as a home as long as they shall require same, on the understanding that at the marriage or death of either or both their shares shall revert to my sons Arthur Gardner and Eric Roy Gardner. And the share of either of my sons, Arthur Gardner and Eric Roy Gardner shall on the death of either revert to the survivor. Or the above mentioned property may be disposed of in any manner that may be agreeable to all of my above mentioned children.
And the whole of my interest in the estate of my late husband, Arthur Gardner of British Harbour, I leave to my sons Arthur Gardner and Eric Roy Gardner.
Dated at St John's Newfoundland this 5th day of December 1925
