Will of Thomas W. Gale In re This is the last will and Testament of me, Thomas W. Gale, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Baker: I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint William G Smith of St. John’s aforesaid, accountant, the Executor of this my will. I give and bequeath to my wife Louisa Jane Gale all my property of every kind whatsoever, including my policy of life insurance in the Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada for $2.000. and my policy in the Aetna Life Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut, for $1.000. As witness my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this twenty-sixth day of July A.D. 1907. T. W. Gale Signed, published, and Declared by the Testator as and for his Last will and Testament in presence of us, who in his presence and in presence of each other at his request hereto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution thereof.
