Will of Mary Ann Furlong In re In the name of God Amen This is the last will and Testament of me Mary Ann Furlong of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland widow. I give and bequeath unto my two sons Walter Furlong and Patrick Furlong all my interest in the leasehold premises owned by me situate in Allan Square and Goodview Street and all property of every description of which I may die possessed share and share alike. I appoint Charles H. Emerson of St. John’s Solicitor the executor of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 23rd day of April A.D. 1912 Mary Ann her x mark Furlong. Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament (by making her mark) in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses being first read over and explained - Charles H. Emerson Winifred Gamberg. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
