Your Petitionaer prays that Probate of the said will Will be granted to her as in duty bound will ever pray. Signed, Minnie Furlong Newfoundland I Minnie Furlong of St. John's aforesid widow, the Petitioner named in the foregoing petition make oath and say that the matters and things therein set forth are just and true to the best of my knowledge and belief. Sworn before me at St. John's aforesaid this 10th day of August A.D. 1917 Signed D.Q. Kent Commissioner S.C. Page 2. (Annex marked "A") This is the last will of me Martin W. Furlong of St. John's Newfoundland Barrister at Law and I revoke all former wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath all I die possessed of to my wife Minnie Furlong and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this sixth day of January A.D 1916. - Martin W.
