To the Honorable The Supreme Court
or one of the Honorable the Judge thereof

The petition of Minnie Furlong in the Electoral District of St. John's Nfld, Widow.

HUMBLY SHEWETH.

  1. Martin W. Furlong, late of St. John's aforesaid, Kings Counsel, died at Montreal, Canda, on the 8th day of February 1916 having first made his last Will and Testement, which is annexed to here marked "A".

  2. Your Petitioner is the sole legatee and Executrix named in said will.

  3. The paper writing hereto annexed marked "B" is a just, full and true inventory and valuation of the property of the said testator at the time of his death as far as your petitioner can at present ascertain.

  4. No letters of Probate of any will or Letters of Administration of the Estate of the said desceased have been granted by your Honorable Court.

Your Petitionaer prays that Probate of the said will Will be granted to her as in duty bound will ever pray.

      This is the last will of me Martin W. Furlong of St. John's Newfoundland Barrister at Law and I revoke all former wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath all I die possessed of to my wife Minnie Furlong and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this sixth day of January A.D 1916. -    Martin W. Furlong    Signed by the testator MW Furlong as his last will in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses     Jas J McGrath    J S McGrath.
