Last will and Testament of This is the last will and testament of me Eunice Fry of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Spinster. I give devise and bequeath unto Richard A. Barnes all the goods moneys securities and all other property and effects that may be possessed by me at the time of my death to have and to hold the same for his own use and benefit after payment therefrom of all debts due by me and of my funeral and testamentary expenses. And I hereby appoint the said Richard A. Barnes as executor of this my last will and testament. Signed by me as and for my last will and Testament this seventh day of February A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. - Eunice her x mark Fry. - Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in our presence who in the presence of the said testatrix and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed ourselves as witnesses having been first read over and explained.
