Know all men present that I Robert French do give to my grandson Ernest Allan Greenland son of Martha Jane all my land cleared and uncleared dwelling house and out houses and all my cattle and all that I have in my possession after myself and my wife Elizabeth are deceased and if Ernest Allan Greenland should die before us the land and all the property remains ours the same

Given the ninth of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine and nine.
