Will of Samuel Frehlich In re This is the last Will and Testament of me, Samuel Frehlich of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Tailor. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my property of which I may die possessed to my wife, Mary Frehlich in trust to use and enjoy the same during her life if she shall so continue to be my widow and from and after her decease or second marriage which ever shall happen first I direct the said property shall be equally divided amongst such of my children as shall survive me. I also will and bequeath to Miss Della Fitzpatrick my book keeper the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to be paid her. I hereby appoint my wife Mary sole executrix of this my will. This 6th day of December 1923. SAMUEL FREHLICH. Signed by the Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence
of us both present at the same time who in his presence and the presence
