In re
      Hugh Hoyles Fraser         deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of Hugh Hoyles Fraser of St. John’s, Newfoundland accountant, at present in the employ of the Reid Newfoundland Company. I hereby give devise and bequeath to my sister Marion Ewing Fraser; her heirs, executors, and administrators for her and their own use and benefit, absolutely and for ever, all my estate and effects both real and personal, whatsoever; and I hereby appoint her the said Marion Ewing Fraser sole executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 8th day of March one thousand nine hundred and four    Hugh H. Fraser     witness to the signature of the said Hugh H. Fraser Frank T. Brehn
