Will of George C. Fraser from Newfoundland will books volume 7 page 184 probate year 1902 The last Will and Testament of I George C. Fraser, born at Seaton Lodge, Seaton Shrine, Northumberland, England on the 20th day of October 1854, & now residing at Blackhead, Conception Bay, Newfoundland declare this to be my last will & Testament. I give, devise & bequeath to my wife Tryphena Strathie Fraser, all my possessions, including money, furniture, clothing & life Insurance policies except my library I give devise and bequeath to my four children Harry Boyd Asbury, Mary Willard Rush, Donald Maclaren, & Wallace McKinley, my library, to each child an equal share. The books to be divided according to the discretion of their mother Tryphena S. Frazer. In witness whereof I George C. Frazer have hereunto set my hand & seal this 21st day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one ---- George C. Frazer. (LS) witness. D. Stafford. Wm. Ashbourne J.P. Fred C.
