Last Will and Testament of
Annie Amelia Fraser of New Glasgow
in Nova Scotia in the Dominion of Canada
Married woman deceased.

      I Annie Amelia Fraser of New Glasgow in the County of Picton Nova Scotia, married woman, do make and publish this my last will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath unto my husband Peter G. Fraser all my real and personal property of every kind and nature and wheresoever situated in trust for the use and benefit of my children during the life time of my said husband To have hold and administer the said Estate during the life time of Peter G. Fraser as trustee dividing or using the rents issues and profits of the said estate for the joint or several use of the said children treating all equally during the life of the said Trustee and at the death of the said trustee the said Estate then remaining shall be divided equally among the said children or the survivors of them. I nominate and appoint the said Peter G. Fraser sole executor of this my will. (Signed) Annie Amelia Fraser. Executed and signed by the Testatrix in presence of us who in presence of the Testatrix and of each other have subscribed as witnesses. (Signed) John M. Dunbar. (Signed) Thomas M. Fraser
