Will of Kenneth Foster In re I, Kenneth Foster being in my right mind this twenty first day of January 1926 do will and bequeath of my property after my death in the following way. (1) House with all its contents and all property including land, stores, fishing gear, etc. to Herbert Jack and Harold George Foster, an equal amount to each. (2) One hundred dollars of life Insurance policy as well as twenty dollars in gold each to Herbert Jack and Harold George Foster also two hundred and twenty dollars in the Union Trading Company. (3) The remainder of Life Insurance Policy to wife Charlotte Foster and children who are not included in the above clauses, to be divided equally between them. (4) The two boys Herbert Jack and Harold George Foster to be under the guardianship of their grandfather Jesse Foster Sr who will look after all property and money willed to them in clauses one and two until they become of age.
